Paul Brown's Tri-Tip In A Crock-Pot Recipe Is So-So Good!

Tri-Tip In A Crock Pot

Yes! You saw it correctly. Now, I'm a meat eater extraordinaire and I can tell you that when I first heard of this, I laughed. Then I tried it and let me tell you, it is so darn good! Matter of fact, at a recent large get together we did two tri-tips in the crock and several others on the grille, and guess which ones were gone first! The Crock Pot won by a landslide! It's easy to do and here's how:

Ingredients

Approximate 3 lb Tri-Tip
1/2 Cup Beef Broth
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2-3 Tbsp garlic salt
1 Tbsp ground mustard
4 dashes of hot sauce (your choice)
A couple drizzles of olive oil

Preparation

Assemble all ingredients in the crock pot on low heat for 6-8 hours
Remove tri-tip and let stand for 5 minutes before carving

How easy is that!?
