End 2 End Painting Special
$300 Off Any job over $1000
Must present ad. Expires 2/28/14
About End 2 End Painting
I am Michael Hart owner of End To End Painting. A low-cost paint job will look fine for a short period - but it will be obvious within months that you didn’t get quality work or materials. Cover these points with each painter you interview – you’ll soon have a good idea who will provide the work you’re after.
Prep Work Is Critical
The single most important part of a quality paint job. Most homes require more prep time than painting time. A careful, methodical and systematic approach will maximize the performance benefits of high quality materials. Will they pressure wash to clean dirt, or also to remove paint (spray tip and technique matter)? Use backer rod for large gaps (good), or just fill with caulk (bad)? Use sharp scrapers or dull putty knives to remove paint? Attention to detail is essential to the final result. Most homeowners won’t know about shortcuts taken with tedious prep work until well after their check has been cashed.
Material Quality
Every paint manufacturer makes a range of products – from very high quality to very low price. A painter should be able to explain which product he uses, where it falls in the product line and just what the difference is beyond “it’s a better quality product”. This is true for primer and caulk as well. Cheap caulk dries out and pulls loose, cheap primer is watery because it has fewer solids. Understand what you’re paying for and verify that is what you get.
Included Or Not?
Materials are often not included. This is a huge unknown for the homeowner – no incentive for the painter to eliminate waste or estimate paint quantities accurately. A low materials estimate makes the bid look better; accurate materials estimates do not. Proposals that include the cost of materials bet on the painters' expertise and give the homeowner a better view of their final cost.
My Company supplies the highest of standards while giving you the customer an affordable price. End 2 End hopes to earn your business.
We are on time. You can rely on our commitment to be punctual and professional in all our dealings with you. Our clients can be confident that their project will be done right and in a timely manner.

GuardDog™ Stops Fuel and Chemical Spills In Their Tracks
Independent Secondary Shutoff Control System® - Spill Prevention Technology
With the environment, life safety and product security in mind, we developed the proprietary patented GuardDog to continuously monitor from 1 to 2 sets of Overfill Detection and Static Ground units, from 1 to 8 individual product meter pulses, up to two vapor recovery hose pressure transducers, and from 1 to 8 individual preset pump commands per unit.
Under normal conditions the GuardDog is silent, until its predictive intelligence predicts valve failure within 750 msec of a wet probe event. Upon the predicted valve failure, it immediately leaps into action to shutdown pumps, close storage tank base valves and lock out the loading operation. It alerts management personnel of the problem and provides an opportunity for investigation. The GuardDog gives management control by not allowing loading to continue or resume until management determines that it is safe to load again by initiating a keyed system reset switch.
Not only does the GuardDog stop potential spills in their tracks, but it also sniffs out potential leaks, prevents over pressurization of cargo tank and attempted sabotage and product theft. It prevents catastrophic events while maximizing performance and minimizing false positives. The GuardDog gives management significant improvement in facility safety, security and control.

Review of "Champagne Lies" by Wendy VanHatten

Champagne Lies by wendy vanhatten
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
What a terrific surprise this book was! I picked it up, and I really didn’t hold out much hope for it. I expected the typical, run-of-the-mill mystery, but was I in for a shock! Once I began reading, I honestly did not want to put it down. And with my review schedule, that doesn’t happen much any more. I often read several books at once, and even some of my top-rated books are not suspenseful page-turners.
First of all, there is no sex in the book, and the profanity it extremely minimal. I am immensely pleased to report that the Lord’s name is never misused (that is a trend all too common in the vast majority of the books I read). This is a book that I would happily let a mature teenager read. (I say mature because a teen might be bored with the lack of violence or struggle with the hairpin twists and turns.) My mom noticed the book tonight, and the cover alone captured her attention. She plans to read it next. (That is high praise since my mom only recently became enthralled with reading.)
This book was fast-paced, well-written, and delightful. The chapters are very short–two to three pages–and that technique kept things from ever getting bored. I am one who detests long chapters. I did not decipher every piece of intrigue, but I had the “big stuff” figure out. However, that did not diminish my enjoyment of the book. The road to the truth is fraught with many pitfalls along the way. I can certainly classify this as a “cozy mystery” or maybe a “cozy thriller” (does such a genre exist?). My only complaint concerning realism is that the characters in the book drink wine and champagne with no ill effect! Then again, probably drinking over several hours may not truly cause anything untoward to happen to the person imbibing. (By the way, my complaint should not be taken seriously. I’m just kidding.)
I was sent a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. I was not financially compensated, and all opinions are 100 percent mine.

A Santa Rosa County Florida Realtor Stresses the Importance of a Home Inspection
SitePro Home Inspectors
see a home the way no one else does. They don’t care how the kitchen
will feel for entertaining or whether the bathroom tiles will impress
guests. Their judgment is not clouded by emotion. Nor do they have any
interest in whether the home sells, as long as they’re not pals with the
seller’s real estate agent. To the contrary, they are financially
motivated to find flaws — to avoid liability should something go wrong.
Always seek a reputable home inspector.
Just
because you’re dry doesn’t mean the roof isn’t leaking. More than once,
a home inspector has crawled through the rafters in an unfinished attic
— the eager homebuyers waiting below — only to find a child’s wading
pool strategically placed to catch drips from the roof.
The owners would have painted over water stains in the rooms below, and neglected to tell anyone the roof needed to be replaced.
“There’s
supposed to be disclosure, but people have this phenomenon called, ‘Oh,
I forgot.’ It happens every day,” says a Santa Rosa County, broker/
owner of a large real estate company.
Most
roof leaks don’t leave clues and it’s not always easy to crawl over
insulation and find water-discoloration marks via flashlight. “That’s
the dirty work of a home inspector,” It’s a trained eye, versus an
untrained eye.”
Just
because the floor is level doesn’t mean it hasn’t sunk half a foot.
Noting the slightly soft feel, however, a skilled inspector eyed the
baseboards. They should have been level with the floor, but here the
floor sat 4 inches lower. Crawling around in the basement, the inspector
found mold had deteriorated the supports. This house was literally
hanging from its rafters, like a parachute.
“One
of these days, a couple of people would be standing in the middle of
the floor and they’d go down through the floor,” the SitePro inspector
stated. “It’s a scary thing.”
