With a desire to elevating our cuisine & atmosphere to represent the artistic flavors of various regions of México and introducing its Art and Craftsmanship, we created Favela’s Fusion Tequila Bar. As young kids, the center of our family revolved around the kitchen watching my Dad’s cooking. As we grew older, we started to appreciate his wonderful passion and art for cooking. By 1991 we were ready to share it with you and the first Favela’s Restaurant was born. What was once a dream, it is now a 20-year dream come true!
